DESIGNS & INSPIRATION

All orders are custom designed & will be made as close as possible to any inspiration photos sent. However, I do respect the work of other artist & do not copy their work exactly. Each cake will have it's own personal touch. Not sure what you're looking for? Give Bella Cakes the creative freedom to design you a cake that I know you'll love & remember always. Cakes that my clients have given me the freedom to express my creativity have been some of Bella Cakes most replicated & fun cakes. However, we will work together to create the perfect cake just for you.

COLORS

I will do my very best to match all colors sent in inspiration photos. Photos are often edited & can make matching colors to the exact shade a little more difficult.

Any requested changes made to the original design after an invoice is sent may require additional fees. 

BOOKING & RETAINER FEE

A retainer fee is required for all orders to reserve the date. Retainer amount will be determined based on the final cost of your order and is nonrefundable. For totals under $150 full payment is due at time of ordering to reserve your date. Retainer fees & full payments are nonrefundable. 

Once an invoice is sent you have 48 hours to pay the retainer fee. After 48 hours the invoice is voided & your order is canceled. New invoice totals are subject to change. 

 Once a retainer fee has been made & your date is reserved, any requested change of date from what was originally agreed upon will have a $50 rebooking fee for changes made within 5 days or less. Please note that rebooking fee is to cover any  preparation cost & bookings that could not be accepted due to limited availability.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Zelle

Cash is also accepted. For deposits it will need to be dropped off within 48 hours of an invoice being sent & a drop off time will be need to be scheduled. For balances it will need to be dropped off 7 days prior to pick up or delivery date & a drop off time will need to be scheduled.

 BALANCE

 The balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to your pickup or delivery date. Orders are not made until the balance is received. If the balance is not paid 5 days prior to the requested pickup or delivery date your order will be canceled. Once the order is canceled & if  I'm still able to accommodate the order a $50 rush fee will be applied. Retainer fees are nonrefundable if your order has been canceled. Please note that retainer fees are nonrefundable due to preparations & items already purchased for your order & for bookings that could not be accepted due to limited availability. Once the balance is paid in full a pick up time will be scheduled with pick up instructions.

RUSH FEE

If the date is available & I am able to accommodate the order, orders placed with a weeks notice or less are subject to a $50 rushed fee.

PICK-UPS

All orders being picked up are curbside pickup only. I will bring your order right out to you. Most cakes come in 10" & 12" boxes & it's recommended that cakes be placed on a flat surface. Back seat passanger side is usually best for tall cakes, 2 tier cakes and cakes with toppers. I please ask that room is made prior to your pick up. Some cakes are heavy  and it's not ideal  to  be holding the cake in bad weather while room is being made, so it is important to have room free of any items on the floor prior to your pick up. Once an order is  picked up or delivery has been made & you have  approved your order, Bella Cakes is no longer responsible for any occurrences that may happen once the order leaves my care. Please follow any instructions given to ensure your cake  stays safe. 

LATE FEE

 To ensure everyone has a smooth & fast pick up process each person is designated a specific time slot. Time slots are scheduled around delivery times & other pick up times. Please  arrive on time to avoid a late fee. I do have a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period a 25% late fee is applied to the total cost of your order. I do understand life happens so I just ask that you please contact me via text @ 302-316-4237 to set up another time if you can not make the designated time slot agreed upon.

CANCELATIONS

If an order is canceled for any reason the retainer fee & any other payments made are nonrefundable. Please note this is due to any preparations or items already purchased for your order & for bookings not accepted due to limited availability. 

REFUNDS

Bella Cakes has a no refund policy. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order,  please contact me via text @ 302-316-4237 or via email @ Bellacakesbakery06@gmail.com & I will make reasonable efforts to satisfy the situation. If for some reason I find a refund is in order it will be based on an individual bases.
