HOW DO I ORDER?

Start by clicking on the "menu" page. From there, choose your cake size & flavor. Also include the cupcake or cookie amount if you'll be adding those. For 2 & 3 tiered cakes you can choose  one flavor per cake. Tall cakes can be 2 flavors. Cupcakes are one flavor per dozen. Also decide if you'd like classic design or luxe design for your cupcakes. Need flavor suggestions? Read below for my most popular! Not sure of the design? Check out my photo gallery for ideas. I always appreciate a copy of the invite & love inspiration photos, but creative freedom makes me the happiest, but just remember, inspiration photos are just that. I do not  copy the work of other cake artist & cakes will never be exactly the same as an inspo pic.. It's impossible to make it exactly the same & I always aim to make each cake  unique as possible just for you.

Please be sure to send as many details as possible when placing your order. Your time is valuable & so is mine. Please do not send an order form with zero details. I will not reply to an inquiry that has no detail information added to the order form.   Let me know the theme, colors and any other details you wish to add and I'll create you the perfect cake! Creative freedom cakes never disappoint! Once you decide on your cake size, the flavor ect..submit your order form & I'll do the rest!! It's that easy! Please feel free to ask questions if you're unsure of anything. I'm always happy to assist  in your order process.

PRICING

All prices are starting prices & can be found under the "menu" page.  Custom toppers, gourmet flavors & complexity of the design will be additional cost. Once I have all the details needed I will put together an estimate for you. I can not give an estimate based on an inspiration photo alone. Please include the cake size the best fits your guest amount when inquiring.

WHAT ARE BELLA CAKES MOST POPULAR CAKE, FROSTING & FILLING FLAVORS:

(These are just recommended flavors based on client favorites. All flavors are delicious! Fillings are not needed, just a personal preference. Buttercream is the standard filling for all cakes.

CAN I BOOK WITHOUT A FINAL COUNT, FLAVOR OPTION OR OTHER DETAILS?

Of course! I just require a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve the date. Final details can be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your reserved date. 

DO YOU MAKE FONDANT CAKES?

While fondant cakes do make for fun designs, I prefer to use buttercream at Bella Cakes & do not offer fondant covered cakes. I'd be happy to put you in contact with someone if I can't do your requested design  or come up with a similar design in buttercream. 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes I deliver! As long as I'm available for the requested date I can deliver your order. Delivery fee is based on the delivery address.  I deliver within about a 25 mile radius. This may vary  for weddings or large events. Delivery times are available between 12:30-2pm. Sunday deliveries  have an additional after hours fee. Delivery times are only available between 10-12pm. These times are subject to change upon availability. 

ARE YOU AN ALLERGY FREE BAKERY? DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN OR EGG FREE CAKES?

Unfortunately, at this time I am not an allergy free bakery & I do not offer gluten, dairy or egg free cakes. 

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?

While I do require atleast 2 weeks notice this does not guarantee the date will be available 2 weeks prior to the requested date. It's best to book well in advance to guarantee availability &  allow time for any custom items that need to be ordered from a third party.  Dates can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Cookies must be placed atleast 3-4 weeks prior.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT/RETAINER TO BOOK?

Yes. I do require a non-refundable retainer fee to book all orders. The amount is based on the final cost of your order & are non-refundable. If the total cost of your order is under $150 the full payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments are due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. If the payment is not received within the allotted time frame the order will be cancelled. Once an invoice is cancelled, I will reach out to the next person on the wait list for that date. Please remember the retainer fee is required to book the date. New invoices are subject to change at the time of rebooking and a new order form may need to be submitted.

WHY MIGHT THE COST CHANGE? If ordering custom toppers, supplies or any other items from a third party, I can't guarantee their cost will be the same it was at the time of the initial inquiry. This typically applies when an invoice has been sent and a month or more has passed before reaching out again.

WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW ORDER FORM? If a lot of time has passed after submitting the initial order form, I may ask that a new one be sent to avoid any confusion or mistakes to your order.
